1 chicken thigh

Ingredients

• 4 oz bone-in chicken thigh; skin removed
• 1 tsp olive oil
• 1/8 tsp kosher salt
• 1/16 tsp black pepper
• 2 Tbsp Date Bacon Vinegar
• 1 Tbsp tomato sauce
• 1 tsp brown sugar

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
2. Season chicken thigh with salt and black pepper and brush lightly with olive oil.
3. Place chicken in a small baking dish.
4. In a bowl, whisk together Date Bacon Vinegar, tomato sauce, and brown sugar to make a quick BBQ-style glaze.
5. Spoon half of the glaze over the chicken thigh.
6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, basting with remaining glaze halfway through, until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
7. Serve chicken with any extra sauce from the baking dish.
